Our Team

We pride ourselves on having a great team which has been with us for a minimum of five years, and we are very happy and focused on training our members at least twice a year (usually in springtime, and in autumn) so that each of us is up-to-date with everything new and useful in our industry, and that our standard never drops lower than excellent.

In the beginning, we have started with a handful or trainee technicians who were only trained in carpet cleaning.

Over the years, we have extended our range of skills by focusing on these areas: continuous training on carpet cleaning, dry cleaning specialising, and upholstery cleaning.

Moving furthermore, we undertook training in soft furnishings cleaning (such as sofas, armchairs, and footstools cleaning), as well as curtains cleaning.

With our base being set up, the first wave of technicians were promoted to experienced level three years after starting with us. These experienced technicians undertook training in water damage repair and restoration, urine stains removal, and dry or bonnet fabric cleaning.

Later on, our first generation of experienced technicians have managed to get promoted to a senior level. This means that no other technician in London will do a better job than either one of our senior fabric cleaning specialists.

At the same time, we started working with a new generation of trainee technicians. As the base had already been set up, the second generation got the easy pick by getting to work firsthand with our experienced technician, in different environements, cleaning different fabrics.

This has helped the second generation of fabric cleaning technicians to quickly get experienced in specialist cleaning services such as dry cleaning, bonnet cleaning, or cleaning of special fabrics such as: velvet, silk, sisal, jute.

The advantage of this training method is that each trainee has worked with an experienced technician on a 1-to-1 basis which means that any queries were sorted there and then, and that practice, too, apart from theory was part of the second generation’s training.

We now train our third generation of fabric cleaning specialists. They already have all the documentation, scheduled training, and human support to hit the ground running, and to help us go beyond our excellent cleaning standard.
